I saw the instructor’s sign video about online training and jobs of Pankh (DSDEAF) importantly then I called the instructor of my discussion with him and decided to join for online training of DSDEAF.
The instructor taught me much interestingly also I wanted to learn for new things and skill soft, retail skills, all etc. it’s much important. I understand all this. I said that the instructor are very good kindness also all students said that the instructor helped us of lots. I found a job in big basket at Chakan. My family surprised me for found job a very good their happiness also they are very proud of me. I am very happy for my salary 14,000. I wanted to say thank you the Instructor of Pankh ( DSDeaf )

My friend sent to message me about Pankh online training on my mobile. I thought this is golden change for me and so I talked the trainer from video call whole discussed with him. I agreed to apply in Pankh ( DSDeaf ) for online training. I have truly learned that Soft skills, Retail skills, English grammar, etc…. then I found my job in Big basket.. He looked for a lot of jobs before but he did not find a suitable job. He wanted to make money on his own.
When he read about DSDeaf ( pankh ) 30 Days online Training on Whatsapp then he called the trainer and asked for information about it and joined pankh 30 Days online Training.
He loved online Training Because The Trainer Taught him Different and simple way. He got to learn a lot of new things in training and retail skills, basic English, soft skills, resume. He learned o lot of rules in retail sector here. Now he is confident my happiness. Because that he got a job of Big Basket in Pune. When i interviewed he felt little difficult because this was his first experience. But it was good.
Now he happily works in the Big basket. His monthly salary is rs.14,000 including Pf and esic .His parents are very proud of him. also he feel better. He wants to say pankh should continue as it training the candidates and getting help the job and give the chance to move on.

A few years ago I was working with my father in clothing store in Mumbai because we did not get enough money for family. Then I worked as waiter in the Pune but I did not feel good there so I quit that job. Then I looked for a job in many places in Pune but I could not find a job. I needed to get a job in any situation. I wanted money for house expenses.
About Pankh
One day I got DSDeaf (pankh) training message on Whatsapp then I called the Sagar sir. after talking with the trainer I found out that they have helped so many deaf candidates for job. then I decided to join the pankh online training. They taught me life skill, Retailer rules, basic English etc. and the trainer taught us everything in a very simple way. After the training my mind set changed and I was ready to work anywhere. Then I went for an interview in Big basket and I passed it. Now I am Working in Big basket in Ubale nagar pune. I am really happy because I got the job big basket. My monthly salary is rs.14, 000 including Pf and esic. I am supporting my family and my wife. I am now an independent person. Thank you so much pankh for inspiring me.

After Completion of ITI I tried hard to find a job. But because of my disability I did not get the right job. I was very sad. I want to help my parents because the only person earning in the house was the father.so after i completing my education I was searching for the job.

My friend told me about Pankh training he gave me pankh Trainer contact number. I made a video call on that number.so I got information about online training form the pankh trainer. Then I joined to Online training in DSDeaf ( pankh ) they taught me life skills, basic English, Computer, Retail skills. I learnt in DSDeaf pankh how to manage time and how to use money carefully.my life is totally changed after pankh training. Now I am working in Bigbasket at Tathavade pune location.and I am very happy because now my monthly salary is rs.14,000 including Pf and esic. Now I can help my family.my family supported me a lot during this journey. Thank you to Pankh team (DSDeaf).
